Founded by Gemma L’Appanna, L’Atelier Consultancy was built on the belief that luxury and wellness brands deserve more than exposure but also clear market authority and long-term relevance.
Drawing on experience across media, PR, and strategic business development, Gemma leads the consultancy with a relationship-led, commercially focused mindset, having partnered with global brands across multiple markets. Under her direction, L’Atelier has grown into a trusted consultancy supporting brands across the UAE, Bahrain, and internationally, guiding their expansion into the Middle East with credibility and influence.
